Inside Sales Account Representative  
Description
As an Inside Sales Account Representative for ClickPath, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and closing new business opportunities over the phone within key market verticals while building and maintaining deep partnerships within the interactive advertising industry as well as with prospects/customers.

Duties consist of driving new business revenue from your prospects, leads and focus-accounts; prospecting, qualifying and closing new accounts, as well as handling incoming leads and converting them to sales. An associate in this position will be expected to maintain an understanding of the interactive marketing industry, as well as to understand the purchase cycles of marketing and sales stakeholders across entry-point and enterprise-class products and solutions.

An associate in this position will also need to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets as set by sales and business management, as well as meet weekly call pattern goals for prospecting, follow up and presentations as set by management. The ideal candidate will be able to identify and recommend custom implementations and solutions per customer type, listen effectively and probe to uncover the customer's needs and objections and successfully overcome them to close the deal over the phone.

An associate in this position will be expected to document all prospecting, sales and follow-up activities through SalesForce.com, including detailed communication notes and data.

Workplace Conditions:
The job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting. Associates in this position use PC workstation and phone headset equipment on an on-going basis throughout the day for maximum efficiency. Shifts may vary to include early morning/late evening hours.

Training: Full on-site training provided. There will be an initial training of one full week, followed by closely supervised support for an additional week; training is ongoing and built to provide all of the tools necessary to gain knowledge and industry credibility.

Requirements:
  • AA/AS degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3 or more years of sales experience - experience selling online is preferred
  • Knowledge of the search industry and interactive advertising sales
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail and organization
  • Intuitive and creative thinker with a professional demeanor
  • Ability to function independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment and able to handle multiple priorities
  • Proficient computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and experience with CRM systems are a plus
