Account Drilldown ReportThis report provides click-through and conversion data, with the exception of call detail, starting at the AdOutlet level. You will be able to see a descending breakdown of each AdOutlet.

Call Detail ReportThe call detail report provides you with a detailed look into each call. These reports include detailed caller information, when the call took place, call recording in MP3 format and what keyword/AdOutlet drove the call. View Report
Calls by Location ReportClickPath shows the percentage and number of calls that came from each state, zip code, area code and exchange. View Report
Comparative ReportThese reports are used to trend site traffic and define peak performance times. You will see the number of hits, the number of sessions, hits per session and session length. This will allow you to view your overall site effectiveness by comparing those users that stay on the site for research and conversion activity with those who lose an interest and leave the site.
You will see the percentage of total calls generated, as well as the reports that identify calling trends. Depending on the time period chosen, you can see call patterns by hour, day, week or month. View Report
Duration ReportThe duration report shows you the total number of calls, the total number of minutes and the average call duration for each AdOutlet.
This report determines which AdOutlets are delivering acceptable call durations, which normally represent a higher call quality level. You can also use the duration report to keep track of the use of minutes on the account. View Report
Conversion ReportThe conversion report shows you which keywords and AdOutlet are generating phone calls and click-throughs, among other conversions.
